Terms of Service

Hab Lead Intelligence is provided by Hab Business Solutions ("Hab", "we", "us"). By signing in and using the application you agree to these terms. They sit alongside the Hab Business Solutions terms and conditions published at https://habsolutions.cloud/legal/terms and any signed engagement agreement, which prevails where it conflicts with these terms.

• Access is invite-only. Accounts are created by a Super Admin; there is no public registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
• We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached or where suspension is needed to protect the platform or its users.

• Use the application for lawful business-to-business research, sales and outreach purposes only.
• Do not attempt to breach access controls, scrape the application, resell access, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use, and do not use the application to process special-category or sensitive personal data.

If you connect your own email account and send messages through the application, you remain the sender and are responsible for the content of those messages and for complying with the marketing, anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to you and your recipients. This includes providing a means to opt out where required and honouring opt-out requests.

Company information, contact details, ratings and scores presented in the application are derived from publicly available web sources and automated analysis. They are provided for research purposes and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Verify anything material before you rely on it commercially. Scores and insights are indicative, not advice or a guarantee of outcome.

Where you connect a third-party service such as Google, your use of that service is also governed by that provider's terms. We are not responsible for a third-party provider's availability, changes or decisions, and we may stop supporting an integration if the provider withdraws it.

We own the application, its interface, models and underlying software. You keep ownership of the content you upload and of the outputs generated for your own commercial use. You grant us the limited right to process your content to provide the service.

We work to keep the application available and correct, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Planned maintenance and provider outages can interrupt availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising from the application is limited to the fees paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Either party may end access in line with the engagement agreement. On termination we stop processing and delete or return data as described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
